Robinson Mall

Robinson Mini-Mall is located at 108 E Main Street. Remodeled in 2012, this building houses independent business and "Help Yourself!" Premium Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt. The 12,000 square foot building has been home to many businesses even dating back to the days of Woolworth Department Store. The mall also houses a small piece of Robinson's history in the form of a large group of portraits from Robinson residents throughout the years. The mini-mall has been divided into seperate units, available for lease by individual businesses. Units available include:

220 square foot unit at $1.50 per square foot per month
230 square foot unit at $1.50 per square foot per month
280 square foot unit at $1.50 per square foot per month
260 square foot unit at $1.50 per square foot per month (RENTED)
336 square foot unit at $1.50 per square foot per month (RENTED)

This price includes utilities and usage of common spaces for your customers. Cleaning of common spaces is provided. Each unit will be provided with a key to the building as well as a key to their unit. There will be only two keys to the individual units (one for the leasee and one for management in case of emergency).
